Custom Symbol Pack Option - Many generic and industry device symbols are included with ECAV and can be easily used to create any new symbols. However, we can create symbols for you. Just send us your required equipment models and we'll send you the device symbols. Each Symbol Pack (up to 20 equipment models) includes AV Floorplan, Block, Schematic (with I/Os), and Rack symbols for each equipment model. Requested models can be any past, present or future products that have currently available product images and specification data. Symbol Pack product requests expire one year after purchase. Symbols can only be used with ECAV.
User Requirements:
ECAV and Visio Professional are not web apps, but desktop programs for optimized performance, privacy, and security. Each user must install Excel, Visio Professional (sold separately) and ECAV on the computers used to create and/or modify ECAV project drawings. However, ECAV project drawings, symbol libraries (stencils included), and Excel product database(s) (example database included), can be stored locally, remotely or online for file sharing and updating. Multiple licensed computers can be used independently and simultaneously. The maximum number of computers allowed is determined by the number of licenses (simultaneous computers) purchased by the user. A transfer tool is included in the ECAV package for moving a license from one computer to another.

Hard Disk Space - 3GB available.
Display - 1920 X 1080 screen resolution, minimum of 14" diagonal.
Graphics - Graphics hardware acceleration requires a DirectX 10 graphics card.
